Social Media Policy
Effective Date: January 19, 2026
Our social media channels (YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) extend our mission: providing calm, practical, foundation-first guidance on AI, automation, and business systems for small and medium-sized businesses.
This policy applies to all official channels and community interactions. By engaging, you agree to these guidelines.
1. Purpose & Tone
We share educational content, insights, and discussions on AI capabilities, workflows, and future readiness — without hype, shortcuts, or speculation.
We encourage respectful, relevant, evidence-based conversation.
2. Community Guidelines
- Be respectful and civil — no personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, or offensive language.
- Stay on-topic — comments should relate to AI, automation, business systems, or related subjects.
- Keep it constructive — value practical insights and questions over unsubstantiated claims or promotion.
- No spam or self-promotion — sharing relevant resources is fine if genuinely tied to discussion; repeated off-topic promotion may be removed.
3. Content & AI-Specific Rules
- Disclose AI-generated or AI-assisted content clearly (e.g., "AI-assisted summary").
- Verify facts — do not spread misinformation about AI tools, capabilities, or risks.
- Avoid sharing prompts/outputs that could enable harmful or unethical AI use.
4. Moderation
We may remove or hide content that violates this policy (spam, abuse, off-topic, misinformation). Repeated violations may lead to blocking or platform reporting.
We aim to respond to questions/feedback within 24-48 hours when possible.
5. Disclaimers
- Content is informational/entertainment only — not professional advice. No guarantees of results.
- Interactions do not imply endorsement of user views, products, or services.
- Platform rules (e.g., YouTube, X/Twitter terms) apply alongside this policy.
6. Changes to Policy
We may update this policy. Changes are effective upon posting here. Continued engagement means acceptance.
